$35m – @sapiom routes agent calls to the cheapest capable model, cutting inference costs up to 10x. dragonfly led, anthropic co-invested – backing the startup built to shrink their own invoices.

$12m – @rwx_cloud builds dev cloud for ai coding agents, replacing ci/cd pipelines designed for human-speed development. hyde park led from chicago, with jenkins creator kohsuke kawaguchi as angel – generational handoff in dev infra.

$10m – malachyte applies the behavioral intelligence its three founders built for spotify's 800m+ user recommendation engine to real-time e-commerce personalization. bessemer and gradient co-led.

$18m – @tryadvocate spent six years in stealth standardizing $7.3b in commercial insurance policies into machine-readable data before raising a dollar.

$6.5m – @AvatarRobots deploys teleoperated humanoid robots in warehouses while collecting data to train autonomous behavior. alleycorp led, henry ford iii on the cap table, 900k+ products packed since december.

the pattern: every lead investor or key angel in this batch either built the predecessor, operates in the space, or directly benefits from the product working. that's not fundraising, that's co-signing from the inside.
